Anyone else catch the article in today's paper which admits that 100,000 people attending the Super bowl in Tampa this last weekend were all individually photographed, then their phots conmpared to FBI and loacal police files for matches. They performed over 1,000,000,000 comparisons PER MINUTE to do this. The article is in today's Orlando Sentinel. Find it at Orlandosentinel.com DOn't tell me that if they can perform 1,000,000 comparisons per minute that they didn't SAVE those digital photos taken for "other enforcement purposes." While I realize there is no constitutional protection against pictures taken "in public" I wonder about the extended protections after a price is paid for entering the (stadium) facility. Can and does Disney (and other such places) legally perform this same act? Can private businesses do this without consent? How about the extent of their fparticipation with law enforcement for this purpose? Sure would like some feed back. Don
