I am still in the middle of studying it, so I can't give you any specifics right now. Commercial speech is protected under the 1st Amendment, but it is considered a lesser form or protected speech and can be regulated by the states. In other words, a challenge to state action based on the 1st Amendment will not get the same level of scrutiny as some other forms of speech.
