I have a poor attitude towards the Yacht Clubs and the
American Legion that insist the Burgee (banner) of their
Yacht Club can take to the FLAG CODE saying no flag or
banner take be posted over or above the American flag. I
have a bill posted in Massachusetts legislature asking
Massachusetts make law outlawing the practice within the
boarders of our Commonwealth, It is presently in the third
reading.
