My attorney needs some help, the ACLU here posted a press
release about SB 144 in 2001 that they oppose it but other
than that did nothing, my case is a better case to argue
the unconstitutionality of Fla. statute 847.0138 but I am
currently trying to withdraw my guilty plea I made in 2002,
on a newly discovered evidence claim Fl.Rules Cri.Pro 3.850
(b) (1)
