    Thank you for your second response to me. I will certainly pass
    your information on to these people. Oh I assure you everything I
    have written is true to form. This utility owner was fined like
    12.5 million for buldozing many acres of state land, polluting the
    Santa Cruz river and killing off native mountain sheep, along with
    what I worte, but of course there is not enough room to write all
    the bad things he has done. Anyways, thanks again.
