Seeking HP Attorney for women who have had their children
removed from their custody by "Child Protective Services"
because they are victims of Domestic Violence. The scope at
this time will be in Erie County in the State of NY. We have
done alot of homework and have found many violations of
1st, 4th, and 14th Amendments of the USC. A similar case is
now being heard in the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN
DISTRICT OF NEW YORK where the scope is the same except that
the above noted case only includes women who are victims of
DV from NY City.
