Hi, only using your name to publish articles will not constitute a crime. Only when that people maliciously use your name to hurt you, or publish contents that are not good to you, or you can offer the proof that he knows you and want to deliberately hurt you by doing so. Otherwise, it is not crime. Just guess, people can have the same names.
