The person has indeed threatened me. However they continually
make inflamatory and fruadulent statements about other
individuals using my name and e-mail address. The compnay
sponsoring this "forum" has done nothing to prevent it. I have
requestd then demanded they register all users to prevent this
abuse. They(the company) also claim they do not have the
ability to electronicaly track the perpetrator. I find this
ludicrous considering the software available. They also could
    bring in law enforcement.

I did call the FBI. They asked if these statements were on the
internet or made in e-mail to my personal computer. Would this
make a difference? I do not see why considering the things
    being publicized.
