    Post: Petition Clause

Posted by Jefferson, jdarel61@yahoo.com, on 4/20/02

The Constitution is supposed to be the supreme law of the
land here in the United States. However we see the Courts
dening people's rights a lot. I tried to exert my First
Amendment rights once by tring to petition the Court for a
redress of grievences but my petitions was intersepted by
the Court Clerk who took it upon himself to not let my
petitions get to the Court, but instead tried to instruct
me on the Courts authority under Artcle III of the
Constitution. However I neither asked for or was I seeking
legal advice from the Court. I was simply asking for a
redress of grievences about a case I had, in which I
believed my Seventh and Fourteenth Amendments were violated
    by the judicial system.

    Please respond, ASAP!
