I am a member of a Michigan 501C3 non-profit orginization,
a non-federally recoginized Indian Tribe. The Tribe's
Council wants to add the following to the by-laws:Members
shall not discuss Tribal business to non-members without
permission of the. Isnt this against the first amendment?
