A first amendment issue rages within the hall of the dept.
of labor--Office of Administrative Law Judges.
The issue, mired in scandal, includes publication of
internet websites that highlight facts and opinions of
events as they are transpiring. Respondent's counsel

http://members.lycos.nl/mailcontractorssucks/
is seeking a protective order (and dismissal) that is in
fact, prior restraint over first amendment free speech
rights and STAA protected activity. Presiding ALJ Edward
Terhune Miller of the DOL OALJ Washington office is married
to a Mcilhenny (the owners of tabasco sauce and a member of
the american trucking associations). To complicate matters,
ALJ Miller is also under pressure by chief judge vittone to
refer the matter before a US district judge for 'sanctions'
against complainant for 'internet behavior'. Vittone's
motive is to retaliate against complainant for exposure of
his affinity for the tyrucking industry on
http://www.truckingsolutions.com/ a website that complainant
authors.
