The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says: "Congress
shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the
freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government
for a redress of grievances."
I don't see the word "expression" in there at all. Freedom of
speech does NOT give rights of someone to harass someone
else. You have to look at the intention behind the amendment,
not nit-pick its verbiage.
Do you really think the writers of this meant to allow
someone to verbally harass someone? I don't think so. Do you
think censorship would fall under this intention... yup.
Now answer your own questions now that you have the actual
First Amendment in front of you.
