    umm... in pleading guilty, he's saying he did something wrong.
    First ammendment says he can say whatever he wants to and no one
    can punish him for it. There's no ifs, ands or buts in there.
    Doesn't say "the right to freedom of speech *unless* it offends
    someone". i though attorneys were supposed to defend our
    rights, as opposed to letting them be trampled on. i'm sure i
    read that somewhere.
