In my government book it reads if you are having a private conversation where you say somethings to where you can get in trouble from it if it was publicly said, but because it wasn't a public opinion being thing expressed, you are protected. But an online journal is a different thing altogether but someone did find a private item that technically did belong to you. It was wrong of this person to have told your boss and him to fire you for that. In the end if you do persue this you WILL end up losing because they will just cook up some good excuses and say that was why you were fired but next time just be more careful and find another job.
