Post: passing out fliers to the public

I would like to know if I would get in trouble or being sue
for passing out fliers stating a person name, call that
person a lie, and tell how this person cheating me out of
my money, and tell the public be aware. For example Jane Doe, a youngest daughter of Princess Diamond jewelry
store owner, is a liar, a fraud. Jan Doe has con me for
$5000, about doing paper work for my relatives come to the
US. Beware. Please advice.
