There isn't much discussion here....so I'll try to liven
things up!

The Greene Co., TN commission recently adopted the "God
Resolution" stating the belief that God and the 10
Commandments are the foundation of American Heritage.

passes such a resolution, does it violate the 1st
Amendment? Does it create a perception of established
religion?
