The Rights protected by the First Amendment provide for free
speech - which includes the right to have pornographic
materials, or the right to have religious materials.

That being noted, it is interesting that the Republican
party (as a whole) loves the Bible and hates porn. However,
the Democratic party subtly supports the porn industry and
avoids the Bible as much as possibe (unless the politician
is running for office in the Bible-belt region).
