It has been close 6 years since my non violent felony and
I want to restore my gun rights so that I can go hunting
also I would like to be able to vote - I live in
Washington state and I was told that you only have to wait
for five years and you can get your rights back. Is that
true and if so - what do you do - can you do it by
yourself or do you have to hire an attorney and go to
court etc. Please help ! ! ! ! Thank alot
