It's more complicated than that. The answer is ... sort of, sometimes but
not always, yes and no, in some circumstances but not in others, and of
course that catch-all response "it depends."

But I do know this: They will take my aluminum-foil-lined cap when they
pry it from my cold dead fingers. We must protect ourselves from alien
thought-control waves. Wake up, America!!!! Can't you see what's going on?
