The US Constitution sets the procedure for appointing judges (see Article 2, Section 2) -- are you saying the Constitution is
wrong? If so, the Constitution allows you to seek to amend it and establishes the procedure for that also (see Article 5). The US
Constitution says that if a dispute arises over judicial interpretation of the Constitution the US Supreme Court shall have
authority to interpret the Constitution and make a ruling that binds all courts in the country (see Article 3, Section1).

Mr. Guns -- you can't "cherry pick" the words you like in the Constitution and ignore the parts you don't like. It is a WHOLE
document that must be read as a whole for it to make sense. You should read Article 1 of the Constitution to understand how it
commands that the judicial system is to operate. Again -- if you disagree then seek an amendment to change the Constitution but
your "my way or no way" approach to Constitutional interpretation is very un-American.
