So your point is that the Constitution is unfair? If so your only solution is to change the Constitution gives the president the power
to appoint all federal judges. Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution provides in relevant part that:

"He [the president] shall have Power, by and
with the Advice and Consent of the Senate,
to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the
Senators present concur; and he shall nominate,
and by and with the Advice and Consent of the
Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public
Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme
Court, and all other Officers of the United
States, whose Appointments are not herein
    otherwise provided for"
(Source: US Constitution Art. 2 Sec. 2)

Since 1791 the judges that the presidents have appointed have ruled that the 2nd Amendment does not prevent the states from regulation
and restricting the rights of gun owners. Looks like pro-gun rights advocates like yourself have been ruled against for over 200 years.

Now for the first time in 200 years there is a chance that the US Supreme will rule in your favor and you are too preoccupied with your
own opinion to follow what is happening. Your opinion is worth as much as mine which is ZERO when it comes to interpreting the
Constitution. However, The US Supreme Court's opinion does count and will be the law of the land for years to come. I suggest if you
are really interested in your gun rights and the issues that will decided your rights hat you follow what matters and read up on "D.C.
    v. Heller." That case will determine your gun rights for the next century when it is decided later this year. Pull your head out of
the sand and get current on the legal issue you are so concerned with. We all know your opinion -- so tell us something of value.
