08/22/2007 Your case may involve a federal question, thus you may
be able to file a federal suit against the Judge personally or
maybe the TRO state law has not been constitutionally tested yet.
If you can show that the judge violated your constitutional or
civil rights, or that he discriminated against you for some other
reason "under the color of law". Maybe the TRO law in your state
is unconstitutional as written or in the way it's dicriminately
applied.

It's relatively cheap to file a federal suit, if you represent
yourself "pro se". But you have to know what your doing. You
should consult a local attorney about the specifics about your
case. Note that Judges will frequently violate the procedures of
even their own states TRO statutes, rules and procedures, because
they can and because few people truely challenge them, but file a
federal suit and you'll get their attention, but you won't make
any friends. Consult a local attorney.

As far as buying a firearm, rifle, pistol or shotgun. Unless there
is a current/present Protection/Restraining Order (TRO) against
you, you may or not pass the Brady background check as the
previous writer indicates. Either way, many states provide for
private firearms purchases, this may be legal in your case and in
your state, consult a local attorney for legal advise.

If the judge has committed some sort of "Ethics" violation while
adjudicating your case, you may be able to file a complaint with
the state bar association. Exp. while a judge probably does not
have to provide you information about how you should not proceed
in you case, if cannot "lie to you", mislead or provide you false
information. Consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
