In 2006 my lawyer told me to plea out to Domestic Battery a
Misdeaminor Crime and I would be good to serve in the
military still. Know I'm about to be chaptered out on a
less than Honorable discharge because of this law. I have
served in the military for 7 years was going to be a career
soldier in the Infantry know I can't even carry a firearm
because of this. If any one knows how I can beat this
