I pled no contest to misdemeanor repeat domestic violence
in 1998- . My first arrest and conviction ever. This was
not on my spouse,but rather her ex-husband. I was
convicted. I recently got back into shooting again, and
went I went to purchase a new firearm, I got a non
approval from the State. I was NEVER notified that my SA
rights would be taken away, or I might have fought harder.
Where do I begin to unravel this mess? Thanks in advance
for your reply.
