I have a felony record as of 2004 for Possession of goods.

I have fulfilled my probation duties, paid all of my fines.
I am a first time offender and have no other marks on my
record. I have been an avid hunter my entire life and
would like to know if, when and how to get my gun rights
back. What do and who do I need to apply with. Would you
folks help me.
