In 2003 I plead guilty to felony domestic violence. In
2007 I went to court and had the conviction reduced to a
misdemeanor and then expunged. Now the Department of
Justice says that I cannot own a firearm or take the
firearms training necessary for me to complete the Peace
Officers Standards Training class I am enrolled in.

My question is this: Do I have any legal standing to fight
this matter and complete my class?
