Post: Gun Rights Restored in the State of wisconsin

Posted by Rich on 8/27/07

On 10/03 I was arreated for a felon H and it was reduced to
a Misdemeaner B. I had tried to purchase a rifle last year
and was informed that I could not. I called the number
given to me (the FBI in Virginia) and was told I could not
purchase a firearm. While on probation for 2 years, my PO
never said anything to me regarding the rifles that I
already owned. I am nolonger on Probation since 4/05. Am I
legally allowed to have firearms? What can I do to reverse
this? How can I get my rights restored? Again, I am in
the state of Wisconsin. Is there anyone out there that has
this same problem or that can help me???
