Post: DUI conviction

Posted by CJ on 9/14/07

I plead no contest to a DUI charge in May of 2000 in
Florida. Is this a felony or misdemeanor charge or a
traffic offense? I am looking for a new job and I've
noticed that most employers are asking if you've been
convicted of a felong or 1st degree misdemeanor. I have
no idea what to put! If I put it and I didn't need to
then I've shot myself in the foot. If I don't put it and
I needed to then I'll feel like a fool and loose the job
    offer!
