this is what happen. i was arrested for saling bootlegg movies
and dvds, back in 03. at first i had a attorney but could not
afford to keep him. the Honorable Jugde Lance Day was the
jugde over me. we came up with a payment arrangment, i was to
pay $1,500 a month until $10,000 was paid up. i had to go to
court once a month just to show the judge and the state
attorney, the reciept. i was able to break it down in three
months to $6,500. my shop was broken into and all of my items
was stolen and i was not able to pay the full amount owed.
they pulled up the police report and found out that i was not
lying. then the Honorable Judge Lance Day, ask me was i unable
to met my obligations. told him yes i just need more time.
right then i was sent in the back give 6 month. had to due
three at the farm, and three was time serve,for time spent.
please help on the face.
