Post: insurance payout issue

I need to know what kind of lawyer I need to settle this
case. I supposedly was paid twice on a claim by my insurance
company but I was told by the head adjuster I would be paid
more than before and they sent a second check...the second
check clearly says "final payment". I dont understand why
they said they will sue me and that my claim was paid 2x....
To me this would mean they changed what they originally
agreed to. They would have no proof otherwise that I have
been made aware of???
