TO: Garrett Anderson,

I letter from the "FBI". I contacted them after I was denied my
FOID card which I have newed since the 70's. They explained
such under the National Instant Criminal Background Check System
and for me to contact the VA. I contacted the VA whom also
informed me that such was done under the law in 1998 and they
where not required to contact over 150,000 plus veterans.
