P.S.

The controlling factor of whether a conviction is a felony or
misdemeanor is the "POSSIBLE" sentence not the actual
sentence. For example, if you received a 30 day sentence but
the law provided for the possibility of a maximum one year
sentence for the offence, you would have a felony conviction
on your record even though you were only sentenced to 30 days.
