I thank you for the responses. I have talked to a local attorney, and it was classified as a misdemeaner. But since it had a POSSIBLE sentance of over one year I was denied my gun rights. However, I have voted and am allowed to continue to vote..aparently it doesnt count against that. I am assured it will be an easy to get them restored. Thanks again for your time.
