i was found pleaded guilty 4 yrs ago to a city assualt dv
i beleive its fourth degree assault the judge told me
after 2 yrs id be able to retain my gun rights i havent
tried since then, on the fbi web page it says anyone with
a dv cannot get thier gun rights back, whats the truth
