No your post is relevant to this board (2nd Amendment). It is,
however, not a legal advice board. You really need to get advice
from a local attorney on your specific issue.

If you fill out the form yourself, just answer only the questions
asked and answer them honestly.

If you are denied a FOID card, the issuing authority should
provide you with information on your right to appeal their
decision.
