Any suggestions? > > Res Ipsa Loco Medical mal is a specialized area that requires lots of money to fund experts, work with doctors, etc. Many people in the field have had a background in medicine before becoming lawyers either as doctors or forensic nurses. Med mal insurers fight claims tooth and nail. Disability law might be a good entry. Many of the areas of law are very competitive so it helps to find a niche where fewer lawyers might practice.
