I was denied a foid card due to juvenile conviction when i
was 16 im now 26. Im in the process of having this
conviction expunged my hearing is sep 12. Could i reapply
for the foid card since this my only conviction or will i
have to file a petition to the circuit court of cook county
for them to instruct ISP to issue card and if so what forms
do i fill need to file the petition thanks
