    Obviously, you do not understand the Constitution...like so
    many others in this day and time. I will explain:

    The 18th Ammendment was not part of the original Constitution
    and could be repealed by Congress. The 2nd, however, was part
    of the original document and classified as the BILL OF RIGHTS,
    which cannot be repealed since they do not eminate from the
    Government, but from the Creator...simply because your are
    alive! These are the "self-evident truths" that you hear about
    but obviously pay no heed to. The right of individual self-
    defense is inviolate!
