He didn't say he was a 5-time Felon! He said he was convicted
of a single 5TH DEGREE FELONY! Texas has the same system,
except they only go to 3RD Degree. If he had 5 felonies
anywhere, he would be writing from prison under the Three
Strikes, You're Out statutes!
Other than that, the advice to contact an attorney is good!
