    Cris, you want to get an "Order to Restoring Right to Possess
    Firearms", expungment does not allow you to get your gun rights
    back, all it does is prevent people from knowing you have a criminal
    record, and, in some cases, results in the eventual destruction of
    the file. There is a 4 form process you must go through. I have
    done a number of these. My number is 206-340-1300 - you are welcome
    to call during office hours.
