Back to restoring firearm rights in Washington: I received a Full and Unconditional
Pardon for a simple possession conviction. My conviction has been vacated, but the
pardon does not include the language "based on a finding of rehabilitation." When she
was Attorney General, Christine Gregoire ruled that language necessary to restore
firearm rights in Washington State. So what does Full and Unconditional Pardon mean??
NCIC and NICS acknowledge the pardon, and I'm able to purchase and carry a firearm
here in Oregon; but I'm still not sure about Washington.
