Re: Michigan Bankruptcy Laws re: Correspondence Law Students

In reference to the Rittenhouse opinion (I don't know if this is still good law), does anyone know if a
CA correspondence law school grad who is a member of the CA bar can practice bankruptcy law in Michigan?

I would check Lexis Nexis or Westlaw, but have no access.
