    Looks like the links I tried to post are being rejected -- see if this works

    I have done a little basic research some of which can be done on GOOGLE. The Rittenhouse case is
    available online without a subscription.
    The US District Court found that Rittenhouse was involved in UPL because he was not licensed in Michigan.

    On appeal to the US CA 6th Circuit, the 6th circuit reversed the District Court and found he was not UPL.

    As for whether or not it is still good law or not; I have Shepardized the case and the results are below.
    The cites to published cases can be looked up in any law library. The cases that cite to "Lexis" are not
    published cases and do not set precedent.
