I have not received a refund or the documents. Mr. Ferris might be
professional and take time on his responses to this chat but in reality
I have not seen the same with his work ethic.

never responded by phone or email. Finally at one point he responded and
stated that he had personal issues. In October 2012 he claimed he had
the rights restored in August and sent me two email in August 2012. I
never received emails. In October he said he would send out
documentation of proof that the rights were restored. It's now mid-
December and I have not received the documents. He is quick to take your
hard-earned money without earning it."
