    I have a felony record as of 2003 for residential burglary.
    I have fulfilled my probation duties, paid all of my LFO,
    and have had my civil rights restored. I am a first time
    offender and have no other marks on my record. I have been
    an avid hunter my entire life and would like to know if,
    when and how to get my gun rights back. Any help? Thanks
