I had my rights restored back in 1993.for two prior non
violent felonies in 1980-83. When they change the c.c.w.
law to where you can get it over the counter. the nic's
office tlod me that because i did not have the right to
c.c.w. reinstated.I could no longer have any firearms.
so i lost two of my firearms and my hunting rights with
firearms.I would like to know if there is a way to keep my
rights.if someone can help i sure would appreciate it.
