copy and paste the following link and go there: http://www.wi-doc.com/PDF_Files/Doyle%20Pardon%20Packet.pdf in Wisconsin, in order to restore your firearms rights, you have
to fill out the application for executive clemency (a pardon)
from the Governor of Wisconsin. The application is available at
the link pasted above. According to the instructions at the web site, the Governor of
Wisconsin almost never issues a pardon unless it has been at
least 5 years since you completed your sentence.
