    Idaho in fact allows open carry in your vehicle, on your person,
    etc. as long as you don't conceal it. Concealed weapons permits
    are easily obtainable here. If your record is clean of course.
    You simply need to take proof of firearms training, such as a
    hunting permit from any state, a gun safety class, a police
    training cert., etc. to your local sheriff's office. Pay a fee
    and they conduct a background check, if you have no violent
    crimes you will get your CCW license in 6 to 8 weeks.
