In 1978 I was convicted In Utah of sale of controlled sub.
for value, (marijuana). About seven years later I had my
record expunged, I was told it would take a Supreme Court
ruling to open my records. I now live in Washington State
and tried to buy a shotgun so I could take my son Pheasant
hunting and was denied because of my prior record. I have
not had as much as a traffic violation since 1978. How can
I get my right to own a gun restored?
