I have a couple of questions.
(1)I was found guilty of assualt in the 3rd against a live
in girlfriend on Aug,22,1995 does the lautenberg
ammendment have me? (I think i was grandfatheredas i was
sentenced before 9,30,1996).

(2)As I was convicted of assault in the 3rd. and orderd to
complete a domestic violence class, I would like to know
if thischarge is seen as domestic violence or just assualt?
